The definition of a "deal" is when a signed contract is delivered to all parties.

  • If the property does not sell within 30-days, $500.00 will be credited against Alexander Yang’s commission at the close of escrow, when Alexander does sell the property.
  • Seller and Alexander Yang must mutually agree upon the Market Price and on any improvements that are to be completed before the 30-Day Marketing period is to begin.
  • If the listing is canceled or withdrawn, the sellers cannot re-list with another real estate agent for 90-days or this Guarantee is void.
  • If the property goes into escrow, but falls out of escrow, the 30-day period begins again if both Alexander Yang’s and the sellers reevaluate the property and choose to begin the 30-day period anew.
